If the repair work you need cannot be done by our in-house services, we can refer you to a trader via our trade referral scheme. All the traders are signed up to our Code of Conduct and we ask them to provide references and check they have the relevant insurance.
We receive feedback on the quality of work provided by traders that we refer and we use that to ensure we signpost to appropriate organisations.
What does it cost?
The traders on our trade referral scheme are independent contractors who will carry out the work for you. We do not set charges and the contract is between the contractor and yourself.
